Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Since we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment option, refunds will be arranged through a suitable method after confirming your return details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as personal-use products or those damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.
